We offer FREE shipping on all orders. Our preferred carrier is USPS via Priority Mail. Packages typically arrive within two days of being sent out. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We offer free shipping if you need to return or exchange anything too.

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, Skull Canyon offers you hassle-free returns within the first 15 days after delivery. A complimentary return shipping label is included in your package. To receive a full refund or to exchange it for something else, please make sure the merchandise is unused and in the same condition it was received, then place it in its original packaging for delivery. There's no cost to your for the return shipping!

2. Store your silver jewelry in a soft, airtight container like a jewelry pouch. (No carboard boxes please!)

3. Keep your silver away from water - no showering, dishwashing or swimming with your jewelry on!

4. Regular silver jewelry use helps prevent tarnishing!

5. Place anti-tarnish strips in with your jewelry to slow down the tarnishing process.(We've included a few in your order to help get you started.)

Because of its makeup, silver is bound to tarnish. Simply clean your jewelry to restore its shine. Here are a few ways:

• Use warm water and soap and gently clean your jewelry.

• A baking soda and water solution can also be used.

• Use white vinegar and water for heavy tarnishing.

• You can use silver polish with a soft cloth to restore your jewelry.
